It’s popular with students as it offers an easy way to send cards to friends and family in other towns and cities, as Moonpig will send your creation directly to them on their birthday (saving you a trip to the post office to buy a stamp).

Moonpig has a great ‘reminders’ feature, where (as the name suggests) you can set reminders for upcoming birthdays and events.

The best thing is that you’ll get a voucher code for a free card when you set three reminders, and you can use it straight away! So if you need a card for your mum’s birthday this week, set up three reminders first for friends’ birthdays, and you’ll get mum’s card for free (just pay postage). You’ll also get 20% off the cards for your friends when their birthdays approach.
