About Iceland
Iceland is a British food retailer with over 900 stores throughout the UK. The retailer is mainly known for its frozen food goods but does also stock fresh food and non-perishable items, often at excellent prices.
The brand is committed to becoming the first major retailer globally to eliminate plastic packaging from all of its own-brand products. The process is underway already and Iceland is challenging itself to complete it by the end of 2023.
As well as offering a discount to students, Iceland is recognised as one of the UK's best companies to work for – so if you're looking for a part-time job around your Uni classes, you might want to consider applying here!
Iceland product examples
We’d be very surprised if you couldn’t find what you need to stock your cupboards, fridge and freezer at Iceland. You’ll find all of your everyday essentials, from groceries to household cleaning products. Iceland is also known for its collaborations with other brands, such as Slimming World, Greggs and TGI Fridays.
